Legal Question in Banking Law in Illinois
With the way the economy is times are tough. Im still working about 20 to 30 hours a week but have a family of six including myself. my wife stays home due to child care costing a arm and a leg. Is it possibly to use money out of my 4 year old daughters trust fund that she recieved through a lawsuit settlement just to get us back on our feet. We rather not but times are tough
