Legal Question in Banking Law in Illinois
My girlfriend put her grandmas bank account on my credit card payment list and I used her account to pay my credit card. When she first found out she didn't press charges and we came up with a payment plan. Now three months later she wants to press charges. What are the possible outcomes of this situations.
