Hi
i have acheck from my friend two years ago he borrow money from me but the bussniss close his sig on the checks could i sue him for these bad checks thanks

It depends. If the amount at issue is less than $500, I would advise not to pursue it just because it's not practical. You could pursue a greater amount with some chance of success or getting a judgment. You must consider whether the check writer now has the funds to cover the check. Getting a judgment doesn't always mean you can collect a judgment.
