My home loan officer shared my personal information about my home loan to my neighbor.

The loan officer violated your right to privacy. I believe that you can file a civil suit for any resulting damages. Personal information of this nature is private and the loan officer has a duty to keep the information secure. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
