Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
1099 A and 1099 C
I just recieved a 2007 1099-A & 1099C. I filed bankruptcy on June 2007. I filed CH 13 on my house and home improvement loan. On the 1099 C it doesnt have box 6 checked for bankruptcy. I did file on house and home improvement loan. I was wondering what I need to do from here.
