can i keep two cars in a chapter 7 if i owe more than there worth one is my sons and he makes the payment but it is in my name because he was to young to get aloan he does odd jobs for cash

Unless the cars are fairly new, the Trustees haven't been interested in liquidating them. I would suggest, strongly, that you need the help of a lawyer, like me, that does BKs all the time.
