Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
When is it over
20 years ago credit cards were filed for and a bankrupt complete. Now a credit card company is trying to collect on that debt. Should I just ignore their persistence in this matter.

No, do not ignore. They are most probably in violation of the automatic and continuing stay provisions of the Code. Consult a bankruptcy lawyer immediately.
