Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
attorney fails to return calls, postpone bankruptcy hearing
attorney postponed bankruptcy hearing; states he would reschedule; never has now trustee has filed motion to dismiss. Numerous emails, and telephone calls has not responded. We are at risk to lose home. What can we do?

1. Where do you live?
2. Was court mandated contract signed?
3. Solution would appear to fire this lawyer and hire another.
