Is money you will get from a trust fund, when your parent dies, exempt when filing bankruptcy?

A certain amount may be exempt. I would need additional details on the trust as well as the other property you own.
Before filing, I urge you to consult with an attorney. An attorney can help you you to structure your bankruptcy in such a way to protect as much of the trust as possible.
