Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Bankruptcy filed while Divorce Proceeding

My husband has filed for bankrucpty and I am still waiting for our divorce to finish. I'm not sure what the law changes were for bankruptcy, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time he has filed. He is in contempt of court and has been admonished by the court from our divorce for not complying with the court orders! Will this be visible during his bankruptcy hearing? He has used every stall tactic he can think of to bleed me dry from attorney fees and has ruined my credit which has damaged my job standing. Will his bankruptcy hearing be held in the court for the county he lives in?
