Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Bankruptcy law

I am a creditor in a bankruptcy. I have competent counsel and we are fighting the debtors bankruptcy due to transfer of property worth 75K to ex-spouse 6 weeks before filing. Trustee does not want to avoid the land deal saying it is not worth their effort or time. I fel truste is just plain lazy and just rubber stamps all bankruptcys that come her way. Can I file a complaint with the Federal Trustees office about this situation. If 75 thousand is not enough to challence a bankruptcy for fraud what is enough?
