Bankruptcy Lawyer
my mom's bankruptcy lawyer will not give a list of who is being paid in the case and though she is paying per month the bills that were supposed to be included in the bankruptcy are still being sent to the house pass due.

Hello. That is unfortunate. It sounds like she is in a chapter 13. The trustee can probably send her a list of claims filed. This can also be viewed on their website, so you should contact the trustee to get the info. As to collection on accounts, you need to get with the lawyer to have them stop it, perhaps, go in to the office.
