Bankruptcy and reaffirmation
I filed bankruptcy in october of 2006 and was discharged in january of 2007, both my mortgages were never reaffirmed and now i am having trouble refinancing. I was on a forbarence agreement when i filed bankruptcy but have been current ever since the discharge of my BK.

What is the reason you are being given when you attempt to refinance but are turned down?
