Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Can a bankruptcy be reopened once it has been discharged and more than 180 bays have passed? I wanted to keep my car and not include it in the bankruptcy. I found out on a credit report that the bank was reporting it negative even though I have beem making all the payments.

Yes you can re-open; there is a re-opening fee (surprise!).
