how long should it take a bankruptcy court appointed trustee to dispures funds after being notified in 02/09. my student loan is still not paid.

What chapter bankruptcy did you file? If it is a chapter 13 plan and it has been confirmed, then the trustee should have commenced monthly payments, otherwise, I'm not sure what else to tell you
