I am currently in bankruptcy chapter 13 for 1year I have 2years to go. My question is is it possible for me to get some type of loan im in a bind

Well, it can be possible to acquire debt during a chapter 13 bankruptcy. However, you will need to bring a motion in bankruptcy court and explain why this loan is necessary and reasonable. Therefore it is a tough standard. You will have to show how you can afford it, when all of your disposable income should be going to your chapter 13 plan. This is most commonly done to finance a car when one has died, or if you were looking to refinance property. Getting a cash loan approved would be very difficult.
