Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Ch-13 Payments
I am 6 months into a 36 month Ch-13 payment plan. I really want to quit my lousy job and I have enough savings for a while. What advantage is it to me to complete the 30 more payments rather than stopping payments and having my case dismissed?
Either way, my credit is shot for at least 7 years. Right?
Thanks.

Re: Ch-13 Payments
You really ned to discuss this with your bankruptcy attorney orr another attorney. Possibly you could convert to a Ch 7? Don't just let the case be dismissed.
