Changing CHp 7 filing
Hi, i just recently filed for chp 7 bk. I changed my mind and i want to do chp 13, can I change it or will I have to cancel it and pay for chp 13 filing?

You can convert to a chapter 13, however, your attorney will likely require you to pay additional fees to convert (assuming you have an attorney). There are no additional court costs to convert from a 7 to a 13 (the other way around there is though).
