chapter 13
If we had a bankruptcy discharged in April 1995 are we able to file a chapter 13 now.

CAN FILE 13 ANYTIME, ANOTHER CH 7 AFTER 6 YEARS, SO YOU COULD FILE EITHER CHAPTER 13 OR 7
