Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

If I file a chapter 13 can I discharge credit card debts but arrange to pay all others.

Actually, depending on the bankruptcy judge, you will also have to pay a portion of your unsecured debt, which would include credit card debt. E.g., in Du Page County, Judge Squires requires that one pay 10% of unsecured debt, at minimum, to show a good faith plan.
