Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Chapter 7- discharged

I received a letter in the mail 1-9-07 for the southern illinois bk court infomring me that i had refuse to show up for court on 12-9-06 to answer questions about my bk which was discharged 12-09-05. I was never informed of the hearing, so they issued a warrant for my arrest, I was pro-se....thought once was dismissed..it was closed?...help

It is impossible to answer your question based on the facts submitted. I would strongly recommend that you hire a lawyer to assist you.
