Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Chapter 13 Help!!
I filed Chapter 13 in April 2004. To date I have an amount of just over $20,000 paid. I got the printout that was to note all that was paid and all that was left. It just doesn't make sense. I am now expecting and want to convert from 13 to 7. Can I keep my car? I want to give up my home and all the rest of the little bills. I called my attorney's office and they have been less than helpful to assist me. I am not seeing where I really am looking at the printout that came from the Trustee's office. What do I do?

1. In what county is the matter pending? If it is in Cook, Du Page, or Kane County, Illinois, you may call me and discuss the matter.

2. If the matter is pending in a county other than shown in #1, call the local bar association for a bankruptcy referral.
