I am currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and recently my adjustable mortage went up $100.00 which is impossible to afford. I am now two months behind, can I be sued or face foreclosure?

Re: chapter 13 mortgage bankruptcy
You can face foreclosure, but before the mortgage company can do so, they must get a lift of the automatic stay. If possible you may want to look into refinancing your mortgage. You should contact your bankruptcy attorney about your options.
