Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Chapter 7 question
Is state disability income counted when determining eligiblility for chapter 7 filing? I've spoken to one attorney who said my wife and I pass one of the two tests (the ''Means'' test), but on the income/expenses test, he was unsure if my wife's disability income was counted when figuring our monthly income.

All income is counted on a month to month budget test.
