Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Still in chapter 13 repayment plan
I am still in chaper 13 and have 1 year left to finish, my question if my father which is sick should pass away which i am left with his life insurance and ira's can the courts take this willed money from me

Your father needs to set up a living trust with a spendthrift provision.
