Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Collecting 10 yrs later
1992 obt cr card,1995 allowed brother to put his name on card,1997 filed bankruptcy,brother got permission from cr. card co. to continue using card,2000? cr. card co. sold to another, 2006 brother filed bankruptcy,,cr. card co. comes after me,because # on his card does not match # on original cr. card i had, so they say i owe the money and are going to take me to court. what can i do?
