Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Our company is in Chapter 11, can we do an "Offer in Compromise" , or settlement with the IRS? We haven't submitted the 5 year payment plan yet, but our attorney says we can't do an OIC. Yet, other attorneys differ, and say this is the best time to negotiate.
Please, weigh in!!!!!!
