Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Copies of your papers
I went bankrupt in 1998 and need copies of the creditors I went bankrupt on. How do I go about that? I already have the discharge papers.

If you pull your credit report there should be a notation for each creditor for which a bankruptcy was filed.
