Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Credit
I am only 20 years old and my dad helped me cosign for a car before he filed for bankruptcy. Now he filed and it is on my credit. I need my credit. I don't know what to do.
Can you please help me to get this off of my credit?
Sincerely,
lori

Re: Credit
Sorry, the credit reporting agency is only reporting the truth, (the debt was listed on a bankruptcy) However if you continued to pay the debt, and you never filed bankruptcy, any intelligent loan officer would not hold that against you, credit fixers will try to bribe the financiers to not reporting the debt on you credit history, but they cost alot more than you will save by just going with reputeable loan institiutuions ( if they say that bothers them find a smarter loan agency, cause they really do not know what your character is all about based on the misreporting)
