Can a list of creditors discharged from a bankruptcy in 1994 be obtained from the court?

Yes, the list would be included in the bankruptcy filings and you can obtain those records from the Bankruptcy court. If you are the person who filed bankruptcy then you should have copies of your bankruptcy filings. Any creditor listed, unless otherwise ordered by the court, would have their debt discharged.
