i declared bandkruptcy in 1986 approx. can i declare bankruptcy again?

Generally, yes. Enough time has passed. There are some instances where you may not be allowed to file again.

An individual can file once every seven years. This was done routinely in the time of Moses. PLEASE READ MY FIRM PHILOSOPHY!
