Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Disputing a creditor
Going through my paperwork I found out that the amount owed to the creditor is not owed- I will be disputing this in court- in a Chapter 7 &- can I fight this and what would it be called or what is the best way of going about this- if I would have looked better, I would have never filed

Re: Disputing a creditor
Since you have filed already, I assume from your question that you have already listed this claim as "undisputed" in your schedules. The real question is now that you have filed, why would you change this?
