Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Dissolution of Corporation/Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Upon advice of our attorney we dissolved our corporation prior to submitting a Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan. Creditors claim we ''illegally transferred assets'' from the corporation to ourselves because they did not receive written notice and we did not ask permission. Creditors are seeking a relief from automatic stay. Please sight some Illinois cases where the above mentioned has happened-so we may sight the cases for the Judge so he does not grant the relief from stay.

Did you mean to say "cite"? It's obvious that you are trying to do this yourself; spend a few bucks and retain an attorney to represent you. Your case has just started and you are already in trouble. Where is this case pending??
