Divorce and responsibility
My ex husband of 5 years was ordered by the courts responsile for keeping medical insurance on our 3 kids...the problem is he never turned in the bills to his insurance, and filed bancruptcy 2 years ago and now im being sued for the medical bills...should these bills be my responsibility leagally..when the courts already ordered him resposible?

The creditors do not care who is ordered to pay in the divorce judgment. So they can sue you and obtain judgment.
This does not mean you cannot have your ex-husband reimburse you however. I would recommend seeing a family law attorney about your options.
