Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
employee of company chapter 11
I am an employee of a company that filed Chapter 11 and as part is going to be sold. Is their anything that I should be aware of to watch for or do I need to file any claims to protect myself during this process? I received in the mail today notice of the bankruptcy and the appropriate dates, etc.

I would suggest seeing a bankruptcy attorney. If you aren't presently owed any money by your employer, I am not sure that there would be a need to file a claim, but without more details I cannot accurately answer your question.
