do i have to file bankruptcy?
I have a credit card debt.What's going to happen if i don't pay my debt without filling bankruptcy?It's illegal or not?

Unsecured credit card debt is treated differently in Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 cases. It usually is discharged 100% in a Ch. 7 case, and paid off partially in a Ch. 13 case. Unfortunately, based on the "facts" that you provided it is impossible to provide further comments.
