How do I File for bankruptcy
I've been unemployed for 1 year, and I am divorced. I
want to file for backruptcy but cannot afford an
attorney. I undrestand if I file for bankruptcy I
will have to go to court, but I will be out of the
country for some time due to family matters. What do
I do?
I am a responsible person, but this year has been

Well, in your case one would need to be creative, to say the least. I have a couple of ideas that would help you, but I think that you SHOULD consult a bankruptcy attorney, and as soon as possible.
