How to file from one chapter to another.
Iam wanting to know if you can go from one chapter to another.
example To gop from a Chapter 13 to an 11
or an Chapter 11 to a 13.
or a Chapter 13 to a 7.
or a Chapter 11 to a 7.

You can convert from a 13 to a 7 and from a 7 to a 13 as a matter of right.
