Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
If you filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and paid it off early (2005), do you have to wait a certain number of years or can you file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy at any time after you have paid off the Chapter 13?

You can file at anytime if the first bankruptcy was a Chapter 13.
