Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
If I filed a chapter 13 and 15 months later it is dismissed because of default of the attorney do i get that money i paid back

I've never heard of this kind of default. I've heard of cases getting dismissed because of a default in payments; is this what your mean??
