Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I filed a Chapter 13 and I am representing myself. I received a motion to dismiss for failure to file required documents, which were pay advices. But, when I filed and handed the clerk my paystubs, he told me to hold on to them and send to trustees 7 days before my 341 meeting. I would like to know what do I do next, do I wait for court date or can I file a motion to dismiss trustee motion?

Just send documents to trustee and you probably need 4 years of tax returns as well, follow up with trustee and make sure they received everything. This is why you hire attorneys!
