Filing Bankruptcy against a court order
Durning my divorce I was ordered to pay the childrens counsel 60% of his bill, and all the bills my ex-husband caused I need to file bankrupcy. Can I file against this bill that was ordered by the judge for me to pay?

Maybe, but probably not. Orders in the nature of alimony and child support are not dischargeable. Depends on the terms of the order itself. You should have it reviewed by a bankruptcy lawyer.
