Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
filing bankruptcy
My question is I am planning to file chapter 7 bankruptcy soon. My plan is after this is all done to move back to my home state of illinois and start over, is that possible to do after all the filing of chapter 7 and all is taken care of.

Re: filing bankruptcy
Yes, you can move but you may have to travel back for any hearings. If you move first, you may have to wait to file in the new state. A lawyer will be able to go over the details, since you'll need to get one anyway.
