If you have terrible credit,can you start a corporation?After filing a bankruptcy, how long after can you start a business or corporation.

You do not need good credit, or any credit at all, to incorporate a business in Illinois.

I'd wait until I had my Order of Discharge in my hand. If you have that, I can't perceive any impediment to starting a corporation as long as you can comply with the simple incorporation requirements.
