Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Frequency Filing of Bankruptcy
I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy over 3 years ago, and
have gotten into financial trouble again. Can I file
Chapter 13 now, or is there some other avenue I can
pursue to get back on track?

Yes you can file chapter 13, anytime after filing of a chapter 7 case, most chapter 13 attorneys like myself only require the court cost of $185, to get the case filed, attorney fees are paid in the plan, I offer free consultation so you could find out the figures involved.
