Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I used to have great credit and now I'm in a lot of debt. I would like to file bankruptcy and start fresh but I'm not sure if I can. I don't own any property by myself but I am partial owner of a house (my aunt owns half and my sister and I own the other half). It was inherited. I also need a lawyer who doesn't charge anything up front and I can pay after bankruptcy.
