Can a creditor after I filed bankruptcy call my work and home, email and cause me harm by sending false letters to the IRS, my employer, my friends and family and telling them that I am unstable, liar, theif etc...and demand payment in full for the item in which I bankrupted in court or they will continue harassing me?

Re: harassment
If you are sure you listed this creditor on your schedules and your case successfully was completed, that is, an Order of Discharge was entered, the creditor CANNOT pursue any collection activity. If it is, you can seek sanctions against it. You should first see if you have any remedies under a federal law regulating creditors. You should also check with a BR atty. to see if the BR court would still have jurisdiction to sanction creditors after discharge. I have never been asked to research that issue. 'Hope this helps.
