Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
We are lienholders for automobiles in Illinois. In a chapter 7 filing where the vehicle is not being reaffirmed, do we have to wait till the dishcharge to pick up the vehicle?

Automobile lienholders in Illinois If you try to pick the vehicle up prior to te discharge you risk bein cited wth a stay violation
