loan repayment

if you obtain a student loan and the lender has filed Chap.7 bankruptcy to who do you pay the loan

Until your account is sold to someone else, you continue paying to wherever you are told to send payments to. It is entirely possible the chapter 7 trustee will want to receive the payments. However, it doesn't hurt to contact the trustee about this.
