I am making a Chapter 13 payment that I do not agree with. Is there a terminology that I can write on the check to indicate that?

That would be a waste of time. You need to motion to modify the plan to get a plan payment you agree with, or you can file for a voluntary dismissal of the case at any time. http://www.abc27talkback.com
